Client Relationship Management :- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and investors. Leverage your industry knowledge to address client needs and close deals effectively. Sales Analytics & Reporting :- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends in property transactions, and generate actionable insights to optimize sales efforts. Market Research : Conduct in-depth research on local real estate trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions. Learning & Development :- Participate in advanced training modules focused on real estate finance, legal compliance, and digital sales tools to accelerate your career growth.Qualifications :Educational Background :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Industry Experience - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consulting. Familiarity with residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
