At Nine Squares Architects , we are committed to designing functional, future-ready spaces and urban environments. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Urban Planner Cum Architect to join our interdisciplinary team in Indore.
:
1. Bachelor's in Architecture with Master's in Urban Planning.
2. Experience in concept design, 2D/3D modeling, and renderings
3. Proficient in preparing detailed drawings and consultant coordination
4. Strong command in developing master plans for various project scales
5. Skilled in site assessment (environmental impact, zoning, viability)
6. Manage projects from planning to execution
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Team leadership and collaborative skills
9. Effective communication with team and stakeholders
10. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
11. Proficient in latest architectural and planning software
12. Experience in zonal plans, local area plans, or TP schemes preferred
13. Identify new opportunities and represent the firm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
