AECOM India is seeking applications for a redevelopment project of SCB Medical college and Hospital in Cuttack, Odisha. The project is a state-of-the-art 3,000 bedded integrated hospital equipped with the latest medical facilities. AECOM?s scope of work is the Master Planning and Programme Management Consultant.

Minimum Requirements :
+ Candidate should have at least 20 + years of experience post qualification.

+ Should have experience in working in a two master planning projects

+ Graduate degree in Architecture.

+ Post Graduate degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design.

+ The maximum project should be in Medical college and Healthcare Projects

+ Specialization in healthcare planning is preferred

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
+ Graduate Degree in Architecture/ Planning and Post Graduate Masters Degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Urban Design.
