Currently, we are present in over 400+ locations across India, assisting a wide range of clients with home loans.Responsibilities:Market Research and Opportunity Identification:- Identify potential markets and customer segments for different loan products.- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.- Research prospective clients and accounts in targeted markets.Relationship Building and Collaboration:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and drive loan growth.Sales Strategy Development and Execution:- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand loan distribution channels and achieve sales targets.- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Lead negotiations and secure favorable terms and conditions for loan agreements.Loan Product Expertise:- Demonstrate a strong understanding of various loan products, including their features, benefits, and target audiences.- Provide expert advice and support to clients on choosing the right loan products to meet their needs.Performance Reporting and Analysis:- Track loan distribution performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.Other Responsibilities:- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in loan distribution.- Provide ongoing support and feedback to sales teams and partners.- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
