Urban Money:-India's first unbiased loan advisory firm, is looking for a Cluster Head to oversee multiple locations across Maharashtra, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh , Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Telangana.- This role involves managing loan portfolio counselors, ensuring seamless client service, and fostering partnerships with financial institutions to drive business growth.Roles and Responsibilities:- Experience Preferred Must Be Only In Finance Field.- Oversee and manage loan portfolio counselors across multiple locations.- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth within the cluster.- Monitor performance metrics and ensure service excellence.- Build and maintain partnerships with financial institutions.- Ensure smooth execution of the loan advisory process.- Lead and mentor teams to achieve business targets.- Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.Skills and Qualifications Required:- Strong knowledge of loan products and mortgage solutions.- Proven leadership and managerial experience.- Background in financial services or banking industry.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strategic thinking and business development expertise.- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
