Job Description

Responsibilities:
The Urban Designer (Senior Manager) will be responsible for:
Leading urban design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and urban planners to integrate design elements seamlessly.
Conducting site evaluations, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform design decisions.
Developing innovative design concepts that prioritize sustainability, community engagement, and user experience.
Engaging with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure project alignment with regulations and community needs.
Presenting design proposals to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
Overseeing the implementation of design plans, conducting site visits, and providing guidance to on-site teams.
Continuously staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in urban design.
Qualifications:
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's or master's degree in urban design, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in Urban Design within the Real Estate industry.
Excellence in AutoCAD, Sketchup Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software and MS Office. Knowledge of GIS and Traffic simulation
