Position: Architect - Urban Designer
Location: Indore, India (On-site)
Experience: 4-5 years
Salary: 45K - 60K (Depends upon interview)

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a Master's in Urban Designing.

2. Develop and refine site plans, conceptual designs, and master plans based on client needs, local regulations, and environmental considerations.
3. Incorporate sustainable design principles into urban planning, focusing on energy efficiency, green spaces, water management, and pedestrian-friendly environments.
4. Command in developing master plans for various scales of projects.
5. Conduct site analysis, including land use, transportation systems, and infrastructure, to inform design decisions.
6. Oversee projects from planning to execution, coordinating with various professionals to ensure timely completion.
7. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
8. Capability to lead a team and foster collaboration.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
10. Fully conversant with all relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
11. Proficiency in the latest software and integration of new technologies into project workflows.
12. Relevant experience in zonal plans/local area plans, and TP schemes is appreciated.
13. Support growth by identifying new opportunities and representing the firm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
