Urban Designer

Position Summary:

We are looking for an urban designer to work on various public projects spread across the country. The urban designer will get an opportunity to work on large scale, complex projects such as waterfront development, street designs, master planning of campuses etc.

Responsibilities:

Produce concept, schematic, tender, and detail drawings as per HCPs design philosophy and standards. Coordinate with other teams in the office. Coordinate and communicate with consultants, experts and advisors to incorporate their inputs in the project as per the design intent. Participate in site visits to understand the site, review project status and ensure adherence to design. Prepare presentations, and reports to communicate design ideas effectively. Comply with building regulations and norms while designing. Determine and adhere to timelines.
Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design
Experience:

Years: 1- 5 years and more. Industry: Architecture, Urban Design.
Skills (Mandatory):

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and MS office. Good graphical and presentation skills. Good communication skill with proficiency in English. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Time and priority management.
Skills (Preferred):

Skilled at sketching by hand. Knowledge of ArchiCAD.

Pay: ₹220.00 - ?350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
