Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

master planning and architectural design

of integrated townships, including residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational components.

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (urban planners, landscape architects, MEP, structural, traffic consultants, etc.) to ensure cohesive and efficient design development.

Prepare and manage

design briefs, concept presentations, zoning layouts, and GFC drawings

.

Ensure compliance with

local development regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines

.

Manage the

design approval process

with statutory authorities and stakeholders.

Oversee

design quality, timelines, and deliverables

across all project stages.

Collaborate with all stakeholders to align design intent with business plans and objectives.

Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
