What You\'ll Do :
- Implement social media strategy by creating, curating, and publishing engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company\'s presence on social media.
- Influencer identification & outreach, negotiation, content creation & deployment for social media & influencer campaigns
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting influencer relationships
- Work and coordinate with agencies as and when needed
What We Need :
- 3 years of Social/Influencer/Content management in an agency or brand, preferably in a fast paced business set up
- Hands-on experience of Instagram content creation
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, relationship building and team work
- Strong attention to detail
- A sense of urgency, a proactive approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
