Do you dream of inspiring travelers and helping them fall in love with India by immersing them in your local culture and exposing them to real life experiences? Being a Representative with Intrepid Urban Adventures, you will do just that!
As a UA Company Representative with us you will:

• Be the face of Intrepid and provide exceptional customer service - whether it's guiding a morning market exploration, organizing a hands-on craft workshop or arranging a home-cooked meal with a local family, you'll create unforgettable moments for our travellers!
• Host, lead and execute tours on budget, following the Urban Adventure itineraries we are executing in Delhi, India and ensuring the overall successful operation of each trip
• Ensure the safety and well-being of your travelers, assisting with any difficult situations that may arise.
• Tell stories, deliver travel advice and organise your customers' experience

To be considered you must have:

• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with various individuals and groups.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally one other local language (the more the better!)
• Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with travelling within Delhi, India and passionate for travel in the Intrepid style

What you need to know:

• This is a freelance contract position, which will give you flexibility in when and how you work however, great availability across peak seasons is a must-have
• With extended hours, lots of walking and activities, and engaging with travelers, it's important that you are prepared both mentally and physically for the challenge!
