Job Overview
We are looking for an
Upwork Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Specialist
who will be responsible for generating leads from Upwork and similar freelancing platforms, converting them into qualified prospects, and closing them into
long-term service contracts
to maximise business profitability.
This role requires strong communication skills, proposal strategy, and the ability to manage the full client acquisition lifecycle in a
hybrid working environment

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Upwork & Similar Platforms)
Identify and apply for relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork and similar marketplaces
Create tailored proposals aligned with client requirements and Sitelytc's service offerings
Shortlist and qualify leads based on scope, budget, and long-term potential
Client Conversion
Engage with prospective clients through platform messaging and calls
Understand client needs and recommend suitable Sitelytc solutions
Convert leads into potential clients through structured communication and follow-ups
Contract Closure & Revenue Maximisation
Close clients for
maximum possible contract duration
to ensure long-term value
Negotiate scope and commercials within defined company guidelines
Ensure clear agreement on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, conversations, and closures
Share regular updates on pipeline status and performance
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in lead generation or sales through Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
Strong proposal writing and client communication skills
Ability to close long-term or recurring service contracts
Basic understanding of digital services (web, marketing, automation, etc.)
Target-driven mindset with focus on sustainable revenue
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with accountability
