About Role



Upwork bidding and LinkedIn/ email outreach

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and securing new business opportunities through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively bid on relevant projects on Upwork with high-quality, customized proposals. Adjusting schedule to ensure good coverage to Europe/USA timezones. Identify and engage potential clients on LinkedIn through messaging and networking strategies. Write professional and compelling emails and Linkedin messages to prospects. Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and build persuasive messaging. Track and maintain a pipeline of leads and responses using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Follow up diligently to convert leads into successful project acquisitions. Monitor bidding success rate and suggest improvements in proposal strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Business development, bidding, or lead generation. Expertise in Upwork bidding with a consistent track record of winning projects. Strong written communication skills for crafting professional messages and proposals. Experience in outreach via LinkedIn and email, including follow-ups. Understanding of freelancing platforms and how to tailor proposals to client needs. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple bids daily. Familiarity with lead tracking tools (CRM, Excel, Trello, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:



Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in IT/Software Services, and digital marketing industry.
