Your primary responsibility will be to
identify relevant jobs
,
submit high-quality proposals
, and
manage communication with potential clients
until the lead is warm and ready to be handed over to our team.
This is a performance-driven role suitable for someone who understands how to win projects on Upwork and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities1. Job Search & Bidding
Search for relevant jobs daily in categories such as:
WordPress, Website Redesign, Landing Pages, Shopify, Funnel Building, Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, Automation, ChatGPT/AI Chatbots.
Evaluate job posts based on budget, client history, and likelihood of conversion.
Submit
5-10 meaningful proposals per day
using our templates and customized messages.
Maintain a record of jobs applied, responses, and outcomes.
2. Proposal Writing & Customization
Customize each proposal according to the client's needs.
Write concise, convincing proposals that address the client's pain points.
Ask intelligent questions to prompt client responses.
Ensure the proposal is aligned with our capabilities and service offerings.
3. Client Communication
Respond quickly to messages from clients.
Collect project requirements and schedule calls with our CEO / project lead.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.
Build trust and rapport with potential clients.
4. Profile & Portfolio Optimization
Help update and maintain Upwork profile descriptions, portfolio items, and keywords.
Suggest improvements to boost visibility and conversions.
RequirementsMust-Have Skills:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
Strong understanding of
web development, WordPress, landing pages, funnels
, and
AI/chatbot/automation
services.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Ability to customize proposals instead of sending generic templates.
Strong follow-up and lead management capabilities.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Understanding of GoHighLevel, Zapier, Vapi.ai, or automation tools.
Experience working with agencies or remote teams.
Compensation
Monthly retainer + performance-based incentives.
