Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects daily on Upwork Craft personalized, winning proposals Communicate with prospects to understand project needs Convert leads into long-term clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Upwork bidder Excellent English communication (written & verbal) Strong proposal writing skills Highly organized with the ability to meet daily targets Knowledge of services like web development, design, marketing, etc.
