As we scale up, we are hiring an experienced

Online Bidder / Upwork Bidder

to join our Zirakpur-based team in a

hybrid role

. If you are a strategic thinker with a track record of winning high-value projects and building lasting client relationships -- we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling proposals

for clients on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.

Identify and qualify leads

, bid strategically, and close new business. Maintain strong communication with clients during the bidding and onboarding phases. Collaborate with the sales and development teams to ensure accurate scope and timelines in proposals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for new project acquisition. Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in bidding on platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

Proven track record

of successfully winning bids and delivering projects. Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a

hybrid model

regularly. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
