We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Upwork Bidder & LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist
to drive business growth by acquiring new clients through freelance platforms and professional networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bidding on Upwork and generating quality leads via LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily bidding on Upwork for relevant projects in web development, mobile apps, SEO, and custom software.
Analyze project requirements and craft personalized, winning proposals.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn prospecting.
Identify and connect with decision-makers in targeted industries.
Maintain and update a leads database with verified contact information.
Manage client communications, schedule meetings, and support onboarding.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
Achieve set targets for project closures and qualified leads per month.
Report weekly on bidding performance, conversion rates, and lead status.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in bidding on Upwork (mandatory).
Solid experience in LinkedIn lead generation and B2B prospecting.
Excellent English communication and proposal-writing skills.
Familiarity with Upwork bidding best practices and LinkedIn search filters.
Ability to use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar (preferred).
Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, SEO, Custom Software).
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
