Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork in areas such as

SEO, Web Development

, and secondary focus on

PPC and Social Media Marketing

Write clear, concise, and tailored proposals to increase conversion rates Understand client requirements and align service offerings accordingly Maintain consistent communication with potential clients Collaborate with the internal team to deliver timely follow-ups and close deals

Requirements:

Proven experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation Strong written communication and proposal writing skills Good understanding of

SEO and Web Development

Basic knowledge of

PPC, Social Media Marketing

, and other digital services Ability to meet targets and work independently

Preferred Experience:

2 -4+ year in a similar role
