We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our business development team. As a Proposal & Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities on online freelance platforms and drafting proposals that convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and bid on potential projects using platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
Write customized, persuasive, and well-structured proposals tailored to each client's needs.
Understand project scopes through client requirements and communicate them to the technical team.
Follow up with clients regularly to close deals and maintain strong business relationships.
Maintain and update bid records, communication logs, and performance reports.
Coordinate with the design, development, or content teams to ensure proposal accuracy.
Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets as set by the manager.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, BA, etc. - all streams welcome).
Excellent command of written English and strong communication skills.
Ability to write client-focused and grammatically correct proposals.
Basic understanding of IT services such as AI , website development, app development, or digital marketing is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks at once.
Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and online communication tools.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or Fiverr.
Basic knowledge of time estimation, budgeting, and client onboarding.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Self-starter with a growth-driven attitude.
