Vignesh Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced

UPVC / Prefabricated Structural Building Supervisor

to oversee on-site execution of prefabricated structures, portable cabins, and UPVC door & window installations. The role involves supervising fabrication, erection, and installation activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities related to

prefabricated structural buildings, portable cabins, and UPVC doors & windows

Coordinate with fabrication, production, and installation teams Ensure drawings, specifications, and work standards are followed Monitor daily work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage Conduct quality checks during fabrication and installation Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments Resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / ITI / Degree in

Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

OR

Candidates with

relevant hands-on experience

in UPVC or prefabricated structures will also be considered 1-5 years of experience in

prefabricated buildings, modular structures, or UPVC installation

preferred Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements Willingness to travel to project sites if required

Skills Required:

Knowledge of

prefabricated construction systems & UPVC fittings

Site supervision and team handling skills Basic understanding of fabrication and erection processes Good communication and coordination skills Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
