Visit customer sites promptly when a complaint or service request is raised.
Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of UPVC & Aluminium windows.
Diagnose issues such as alignment problems, hardware faults, locking issues, glass-related complaints, etc.
Provide efficient and professional after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of windows/doors.
Replace or repair faulty components such as hinges, handles, locks, rollers, gaskets, etc.
Maintain records of service calls, work done, and parts used.
Coordinate with the office team for scheduling visits and updating job status.
Ensure all work is carried out following safety standards and company guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a UPVC or Aluminium window technician.
Good knowledge of window/door hardware and installation tools.
Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues on-site.
Willingness to travel for site visits and customer service.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
