Responsible for smooth implementation and management of training and placement activities under the
Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM)
. The role involves training center operations, stakeholder coordination, documentation, assessments, and placement tracking in line with UPSDM guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of training centers under UPSDM.
Ensure compliance with QP-NOS and UPSDM standards.
Coordinate with government officials, SSCs, and placement partners.
Maintain student records and ensure timely MIS portal updates.
Support mobilization, counseling, assessment, and certification activities.
Facilitate placement and monitor post-placement tracking.
Prepare and submit regular reports and highlight operational challenges.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills (Hindi & English)
Knowledge of UPSDM and other skill development schemes
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS handling
Documentation and team coordination abilities
Willingness to travel locally
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Management, Education, or Social Work)
1-3 years of experience in skill development programs (preferably UPSDM)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
