Key Responsibilities
Guide students on UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, books, and preparation strategies.
Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions to understand students' goals and backgrounds.
Suggest suitable study plans based on the student's strengths and weaknesses.
Assist aspirants in selecting optional subjects with proper reasoning.
Motivate and mentor students during prelims, mains, and interview preparation.
Address queries related to study material, timetable, classes, and exam updates.
