Assemble batteries (Lead Acid / Lithium) and UPS systems as per work instructions
Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly
Carry out battery testing, voltage checks, charging/discharging tests
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Identify and report assembly defects or issues
Maintain proper documentation and daily production records
Support service, rework, and troubleshooting when required
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of
DC circuits, batteries, UPS, inverters
Ability to use
multimeter, hand tools, crimping tools
Understanding of electrical safety practices
Willingness to work on shop floor and in shifts if required
Good learning attitude and teamwork
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
?12,000 - ?25,000 per month
(based on experience)
ESI / PF as applicable
