Responsible for installation and commissioning of UPS systems at client sites.
Ensure systems are installed as per standard procedures and safety regulations.
Validate configuration and ensure proper handover documentation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine preventive maintenance on UPS systems.
Respond to breakdown calls and diagnose system failures.
Replace defective components and ensure system uptime.
Technical Support
Provide remote and onsite support to clients for UPS-related issues.
Guide junior technicians or field staff when required.
Maintain strong communication with customers during service interactions.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate service records, logs, and reports.
Submit installation and service reports to management and customers.
Update asset management systems and report any anomalies.
Compliance & Safety
Adhere to electrical safety norms, ISO standards (if applicable), and internal SOPs.
Ensure tools and test equipment are calibrated and maintained.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure minimal downtime and proactive communication with customers.
Resolve complaints effectively and escalate issues when needed.
Participate in periodic customer reviews or audits.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
Stay updated on the latest UPS technology, batteries, and monitoring systems.
Attend training programs and certifications as required.
