About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting the sales function through lead follow-ups, client engagement, and coordination activities. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the electronics or electrical manufacturing industry, who are eager to grow their career in sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team by following up on quotations shared with potential clients. Perform cold calling and customer interaction to generate and qualify leads. Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accurate lead tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer communication. Support overall sales operations including reporting and documentation. Build strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Electrical / Electronics background). Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Customer Coordination, preferably in electronics or electrical manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone handling skills. Basic understanding of the sales process and customer engagement techniques. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
