This is a job post for UPS/Inverter/Power Systems Service Engineer. Availability of Own motor vehicle, driving license and travel inside and outside the state is a mandatory requirement for this job role. Please read all the description points carefully before applying.
Must Have Qualification:
ITI/Diploma/B Tech in Electrical/Electronics/E&C/Power Systems or relevant filed
Experience of More than 3 years.

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on UPS, Batteries, Inverters, Isolation Transformers etc.
To carry out task assigned to him in such a way produces utmost customer satisfaction
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
To act proactively in such a way that the tasks of servicing, attending breakdowns, commissioning and testing is completed within specified quality levels and time limit.
Managing repair parts cycle times.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Maintaining tools and test equipment.
Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
To be on a ready to travel to any place short notice to attend service calls.
To plan sequence of work, to organize himself, to do all routine and urgent servicing issues that may arise.
To analyse designs/drawings or finished installations and foresee the flaws and difficulties that may crop-up during erection or commissioning. To convey such concerns if any, to the customer/company backend and to seek rectification.
