We're looking for a dedicated

Updates Coordinator

with strong skills in shipment monitoring, timely communication, and real-time data accuracy.

Key Requirements:

Must have hands-on experience in providing real-time shipment updates. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or dispatch operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills with both customers and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email correspondence, and update tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide real-time updates on shipment status to customers and internal departments. Ensure all tracking data is captured and reported accurately in system portals. Proactively follow up with carriers and drivers to collect current location and ETA. Communicate delays or issues to clients in a professional and timely manner. Maintain clear and updated logs for all ongoing loads. Coordinate with Track & Trace and Dispatch teams to keep all systems synchronized. Ensure all updates meet service level standards and customer expectations.
