We are hiring an

Upcountry Manager

based at

Bhopal

to handle

circulation operations and recovery

across

Madhya Pradesh

. The role requires strong field management skills, distributor coordination, and ensuring timely collections while driving circulation growth in assigned districts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow newspaper circulation across MP districts Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, agents, and hawkers Ensure timely

payment recovery and collections

from vendors Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for dues clearance Conduct regular market visits across upcountry areas of MP Resolve circulation, supply, and distribution-related issues Track district-wise circulation and recovery performance Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS and market reports Implement company circulation policies at the ground level

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline 2-4 years of experience in circulation, sales, or recovery roles Experience in print media preferred Strong knowledge of MP districts and local markets Willingness to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
