Key responsibilities and skills
Create interactive visualizations:
Build highly realistic and interactive 3D walkthroughs and virtual reality (VR) experiences for properties.
Transform CAD and BIM data:
Import and optimize data from architectural software into Unreal Engine to create a virtual replica of a project.
Implement real-time rendering:
Utilize the engine's real-time rendering to showcase high-quality visuals quickly, making it possible to generate large quantities of static renders efficiently.
Use Blueprint visual scripting:
Employ tools like Unreal Engine's Blueprint visual scripting to add interactivity and functionality to the scenes without extensive coding.
Optimize assets and scenes:
Work with a variety of 3D assets, textures, and lighting to create immersive environments that are optimized for performance.
Deliver interactive experiences:
Package and deliver visualizations for various platforms, including desktop, web browsers (via Pixel Streaming), and VR headsets.
