Epic Venture is hiring a passionate

Unreal Engine Developer

with at least

6 months of hands-on experience

in real-time development. The candidate will work on live development projects, contribute to high-quality real-time applications, and participate in structured one-to-one mentoring and knowledge-sharing activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work on real-time development projects using Unreal Engine Develop and implement gameplay mechanics using Blueprints and basic C++ Create interactive environments, UI elements, and animations Participate in one-to-one mentoring sessions to improve technical and workflow skills Prepare and present video presentations explaining Unreal Engine concepts and project workflows Follow industry best practices and optimized development standards

Requirements

Minimum

6 months of practical experience

with Unreal Engine Good understanding of Blueprints, Actors, and basic gameplay systems Basic knowledge of UI (UMG), animations, and asset integration Ability to explain concepts clearly through presentations or recorded videos Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Skills

Exposure to C++ scripting Experience with version control (Git/Perforce) Interest in mentoring or knowledge sharing
