3D Visualizer (Architectural & VR)

who can bring architectural designs to life through static renders, animations, and immersive VR experiences.

Role Overview

As a

3D Visualizer

, you will be responsible for transforming architectural data into realistic, technically accurate 3D models, high-quality renderings, animations, and VR-ready environments. You will lead the visualization pipeline--from modeling and texturing to lighting, rendering, post-production, and real-time VR integration--while using cutting-edge plugins and AI-enhanced tools.

Key Responsibilities

Convert architectural drawings and concepts into photorealistic 3D visualizations using

3ds Max

,

V-Ray

, and

Corona

. Create immersive

VR walkthroughs

and real-time experiences using

Unreal Engine

. Collaborate with architects and designers to accurately interpret and enhance design intent through visuals. Apply advanced lighting, shading, and rendering techniques using tools such as

Forest Pack

,

Lumion

, and

SketchUp

. Perform post-production enhancements using

Photoshop

,

After Effects

, and other Adobe tools. Ensure technical accuracy and visual consistency across all deliverables. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and AI-driven workflows in architectural visualization.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

5 years

of professional experience in

architectural visualization

. Expert proficiency in

3D Studio Max

V-Ray

,

Corona Renderer

,

AutoCAD Architecture

,

Forest Pack

,

SketchUp

, and

Lumion

. Hands-on experience with

Unreal Engine

for developing interactive and immersive VR content. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, particularly

roof types and design styles

American, British, and Australian

contexts. Ability to read and accurately interpret architectural drawings and convert them into 3D and VR content. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Educational background in

Architecture

Interior Design

, or a related field is highly preferred.
