Qualifications:

• Total Yrs of Exp - 3 to 5 yrs & 5 to 7 Yrs
• Relv Yrs of Exp - 3 to 5 yrs & 5 to 7 Yrs

Mandatory Skills

• Unix/Linux Admin experience, Good Communication, Willing to work in US shift on rotation basis, Production Support exp.
• Very good communication skills and willingness for working in shifts including night shift (Rotational shift) is required.

Nice to Have

• ITIL, BBX

Required:

• Minimum 5-7 years of working experience
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
• Experience in application support, infrastructure monitoring, or technical helpdesk
• Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Familiarity with Dynatrace tool
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalate appropriately
