BUK & BX - All locations We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. To work and resolve technical problems in Linux/AIXs and work on service Operations tasks(Incident, Change, Problem, Patching) in 24X7 rotation . Liaise with other support teams to address the internal support team\'s issues as well as share and adopt best practices being followed. What will you be doing . Act as technical first point of contact internally and externally for break fix, incident, event, change and problem management. . Promote the use of Technical Standards, Procedures and Best Practice and maximize the use of toolsets and automation. Engineering graduate with 3+ years of experience in supporting enterprise Unix environment . RedHat Linux certified . Knowledge of AIX/Solaris . Understanding of Veritas volume manager, Veritas cluster and VVR Skills that will help you in the role . Excellent communication and articulation skill . Ability to communicate and drive interaction with senior stakeholders . Knowledge of automation, Chef, Powerbroker technologies .
