- 7+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux infrastructure.
- Expert level knowledge of Linux ( Solaris/AIX knowledge is preferred )
- Operational knowledge of Veritas Cluster Server (VCS)
- Very Good understanding of SAN/NAS setup for Linux/Unix Servers.
- Strong knowledge to support SAN/NAS Migrations.
- Experience / Troubleshooting TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, NFS.
- Experience in VMware/ESX servers to configure and support Linux VM\xe2\x80\x99s
- Ability to develop Shell Scripts as per requirements.
- Effective in dealing with Crisis calls/Critical issues for business critical services
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, takes ownership, time management and delivers to commitments.
- Very good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Proven experience in managing and building relationship with business partners and customer service.
- Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.
- Should have experience/knowledge over Agile & DevOps functioning
