Job Opening: University Registrar

We are seeking a Registrar to anchor our academic operations in Rishikesh HQ. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring academic records, compliance, and student success are managed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee all student records, registrations, and academic data in Classe365, Zoho, and Moodle. Manage academic calendars, course scheduling, grading, transcripts, and degree audits. Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, students, and regulatory bodies regarding academic policies. Ensure compliance with Indian higher education regulations and accreditation requirements. Collaborate with Admissions, Student Services, and Academic Affairs to deliver a seamless student experience. Generate academic reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership.Supervise exam coordination, digital attendance, and graduation processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in university administration or registrar's office. Strong familiarity with student information systems (Classe365 preferred), LMS platforms (Moodle), and CRM/ERP (Zoho). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international academic environment. Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling student data.
