Apple is seeking an experienced University Recruiter to join the team in Hyderabad on contract. This role will provide exceptional recruiting partnership to Apple's business leaders while driving full lifecycle university hiring across India. You will work closely with a dynamic, agile team responsible for engaging and hiring world-class early-career talent. Apple has an exciting, high-performance culture. Description

As a University Recruiter at Apple, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring outstanding early-career talent into the organisation. University Recruiters are strategic partners to the business and compelling ambassadors of Apple on campus. You will guide candidates and hiring teams through Apple's selection process, build strong campus relationships, and deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience.



You will program manage university hiring for technical & non - technical roles as needed. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of the Indian university ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume hiring cycles with professionalism and precision.","responsibilities":"Driving recruitment for university talent, including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, interview management, and offer processes.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with placement cells and faculty heads across Tier 1 and other leading campuses.

Implement campus engagement activities such as placement drives, tech talks, workshops, and hiring events.

Maintain excellent candidate relationships and act as a trusted representative of Apple throughout the hiring journey.

Track university talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and skill availability to support decision-making.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation within talent systems and report out key recruiting metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in university recruiting with solid experience hiring from Tier 1 institutes in India.

Hands-on expertise managing high-volume internship and graduate hiring cycles.

Solid understanding of the Indian university ecosystem and campus hiring trends.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working with talent assessment platforms (e.g., CoderPad, Hackerrank)
