University Guidance Counsellor

to join our team and guide our secondary and senior secondary students toward their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging group presentations and conduct one-on-one student interviews. Facilitate individual and group counseling for academic and career planning. Organize structured family interview sessions starting from

Grade 9

to support collaborative decision-making. Plan and execute orientation programs and coordinate student internships. Organize and host University Fairs on campus. Annually update the school profile to reflect latest achievements and curriculum offerings. Maintain a robust database of student destinations, offers, and university acceptances. Develop and update a comprehensive alumni tracking system. Prepare annual reports detailing student placements and outcomes. Represent the school at university and career-related conferences. Ensure that all career/university guidance materials are current and relevant. Manage the

Career Guidance Technology Platform

, engaging with students, staff, and parents. Attend relevant workshops and training programs to stay aligned with best practices. Actively participate in the

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in CBSE and/or Cambridge Curriculum schools. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Deep understanding of university admissions processes (India & abroad). Proficient with technology platforms related to career and academic counseling. Immediate joiners from

Hyderabad

preferred due to the urgency of the position.
