We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
University Coordinator
to act as a bridge between students, faculty, and administrative departments. The role involves coordinating academic activities, managing student queries, and ensuring smooth communication with partner universities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal departments for academic and administrative requirements.
Handle student queries related to admissions, courses, exams, and results.
Assist in documentation, enrollment processes, and maintaining student records.
Ensure timely communication of academic schedules, updates, and circulars.
Support in organizing orientations, seminars, and university-related events.
Maintain effective relationships with university representatives and stakeholders.
Prepare and share reports related to student data, progress, and academic activities.
Ensure compliance with university policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Administration, Education, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in academic coordination, university liaison, or administrative roles (freshers with good communication can apply).
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.
