Job Summary:



The University Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating communication and activities between the company and partner universities. This role involves document processing, scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth academic and administrative collaboration with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with universities for document submission, application status, and approvals. Maintain strong working relationships with academic and administrative staff of universities. Track and manage the progress of documents and follow up for timely processing. Ensure timely submission of all required documentation to universities. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and submissions related to universities. Schedule and attend meetings, seminars, or workshops with university representatives when required. Regularly update the management with reports on university communications, issues, and status updates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Administration or Education Management). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in this field is additional advantages
