Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile

Universal Trainer

to deliver impactful training programs across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will possess

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging training sessions across various business verticals including operations, customer service, and product teams. Conduct process-specific training to ensure standardization, compliance, and operational excellence. Utilize AI tools to develop, enhance, and personalize training content (e.g., chatbots, adaptive learning, content automation). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop relevant solutions. Maintain updated training documentation, manuals, SOPs, and digital content libraries. Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Lead onboarding sessions for new joiners and continuous learning modules for existing employees. Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions with clarity, confidence, and adaptability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably in a multi-process environment. Strong knowledge of process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow standardization. Demonstrated experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, learning management systems with AI capabilities, generative content tools). Proficient in developing digital learning modules and interactive presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in training methodologies (e.g., CPTM, Train the Trainer, NLP-based training). Experience working in a global or multicultural environment. Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Basic understanding of data analytics related to training performance.
