Job Description

Ability to design Process Vessels / Chemical Tanks in terms of sizing and thickness calculations and choose the right material for the fabrication. Should possess good knowledge of various types of industrial pumps, agitators/mixers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, EOT Crane, Piping Materials, etc. Should be able to select the right kind of equipment/material based strictly on the technical parameters. Should have the ability to prepare the Technical Datasheet of the Equipment / Material for Clients Submission. Will be able to get the Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings and other detailed drawings/documentation prepared with help from the CAD Draughtsman and also finalize the Bill of Materials (BOM). Will have the ability to carry out technical discussions with Client / Consultant on the design aspects of equipment/pipeline/datasheets / G.A. Drawings etc. To provide technical support to the project as also to the site execution team. To provide technical support to the Head Office / Site Procurement teams in the right selection of materials/equipment. Required Candidate profile Excellent knowledge of Mechanical Design Engineering Aspects. Should have good knowledge of the steel fabrication process. Should be well versed with software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Piping Software, etc., and should have working knowledge on 3D modeling. Should be proficient in designing and modeling mechanical components using Pro/E/CREO. Good communication skills. Awareness about ISO Quality Systems. Should be focused to work in Engineering (Design) Dept. Capable of liaising with Consultants, Vendors & Production facilities. Should possess good knowledge of MS Office. 9927348069 7900880236
