We are looking for Unit Sales Manager for our client in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Management:

Recruit new health agents and advisors to build a strong sales network. Train and motivate agents on products, sales processes, and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and intermediaries.

Sales and Business Development:

Achieve monthly sales targets for health and general insurance policies. Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies. Conduct regular on-field visits with agents to sell policies.

Coordination:

Coordinate with internal departments, including underwriting, claims, and operations. Monitor compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensure proper agent licensing.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients. Support agents in client presentations and provide after-sales service.
Required Qualifications & Skills

A bachelor's degree is mandatory. Key skills include agency channel management, general insurance, health insurance, and agent recruitment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
