- Building a team of life Advisors/Agents through your own references. Continuously train & motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales. Advisors can get a commission on their sales.Designation : Unit Sales Manager.:- Manage Life Insurance sales goal achievement through:- Recruiting agents- Training and developing agents on commission basis.- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.- The role of team manager.- Help them achieve maximum business. Candidate Profile :- Channel : Agency Channel.- Pay Roll : On Roll.- Experience : Minimum 2 Years experience required in field sales and marketing.- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits (Defer as Per your Interview).- Qualification : Mini.
