Job Summary . Unit Manager - PL - COE/Senior Unit Manager - PL - COE Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - . Closely work with stakeholders & cross functional team for creation & updation of content in Digital Platform BFL ILLUME. . Driving consumption of Digital Learning modules. . Content update & delivery of Role Based Inductions. . Working closely with internal teams & external partners for design creation of functional schools as well as driving learning interventions for each level. . Execute learning interventions for Bottom Performers. . Execute training interventions for Channel Partners. . Ensuring desired coverage in inductions as well as functional schools. . Achieving all Learning & Development metrics. . Preparation & execution of Training Calendar. . Publishing of training reports. . Responsible for creation of new customer & employee facing videos and conversion of existing product videos in vernacular language through cross functional teams & integration in relevant platforms. . Driving consumption of videos. . Work with IT & Business teams for developing / creating new technical builds . Effective delivery across business on the new product / process launched by PMO teams . Enabling business to achieve Business metrics Required Qualifications and Experience . . Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA - HR/Mktg . Relevant work experience of 2-5 years in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. . Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. . Excellent knowledge on Excel & Power point. . Exceptionally high motivational level and a self-starter.
