Job Overview

We are hiring a Unit Manager to lead and manage a team of insurance agents in the Agency Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing agents, and ensuring high performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents. Set and achieve monthly sales targets. Motivate and mentor agents to maximize productivity. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Build strong customer and agent relationships. Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Conduct regular training sessions for product and sales knowledge. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance sales preferred). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Good understanding of insurance products and sales techniques. IRDAI certification is an added advantage.
