: Field Sales Role - Agency Vertical

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales professionals to join our Agency Vertical

team. The role involves selling Life Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and onboard potential agents and partners to expand the network.

? Drive sales for Life or Commercial Line insurance products through the agency

channel.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

? Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve sales targets.

? Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and objectives.

? Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

? Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales,

? Strong communication and negotiation skills.

? Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

? Willingness to travel extensively.

? Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency network is a plus.
