Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d 1. To drive Culture Anchor initiatives/engagement activities for the company. Should have good content writing skills and rigour to execute org wide programs. 2.To collaborate with the Group Talent Management team to identify talent and drive talent management initiatives. To own the end-to-end process and engagement framework for the talent interventions


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - A. Managing Talent development programs and Drive Culture Anchor initiatives: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for creating the plan and communication content for Culture Anchor initiatives. End to End execution of all initiatives across the company within the specified timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with HR Partner L&D Group Talent HR Comms team to ensure smooth implementation of engagement and development programs. This can include talent systems mentoring programs succession planning etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project for the development of the identified employees under various talent management interventions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the business leaders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of all programs and seek support/ raise red flags if any \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuously gather feedback on the programs rolled out and identify opportunities for improvement/ change etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in designing coordinating and driving Talent Management activities of the group companies \xe2\x80\xa2 Active involvement in the group talent management process design \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate with the SPOC at the group company for all required data \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate with HRP TA and Comp & ben team for effective movements/ promotions of the employees identified under the talent interventions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the learning requirements for the employees under the talent management interventions and engage with them to enhance the overall employee learning and experience. B. SOP adherence and communication: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring adherence to the SOP created for all talent initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely communication of the initiatives and actionables C. Data management and dashboards: \xe2\x80\xa2 Capture and maintain data at all stages of the talent management interventions \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and publish dashboards at defined intervals
* Major Challenges - \xe2\x80\xa2 Multiple Stakeholders- Availability of all stakeholders and getting different projects for the employees to work on \xe2\x80\xa2 High dependency on stakeholders for the outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordination with multiple teams like HRP Comp & Ben HRES Group Talent team etc. \xe2\x80\x93 dependency on decision making
* Key Decisions / Dimensions - \xe2\x80\xa2 Finalization of vendors/consultants \xe2\x80\xa2 Programs designs and execution designs \xe2\x80\xa2 Process deviation within policy




Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA in HR b) Work Experience Minimum 3-4 years in Performance Management System Advance Excel skills
