Unit Manager / Center Manager for an International Preschool
Location : Kondarpur, Hyderabad - 500084
Timings : 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sallary Range : ₹40,000 - ?65,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.
- Recruit, lead, and develop staff.
- Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks.
- Build strong parent relationships and community trust.
- Drive admissions and meet enrollment targets.
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with international colleagues for best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education).
- 5+ years as a Preschool Center Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
