Job Summary . Unit Manager - Bajaj Finserv App Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED We have a robust and fast-growing digital acquisitions practice. Now we are building an app ecosystem for customer engagement and business. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MOBILE APPLICATION UI/UX . Design user experience & standardize visual design for horizontal modules of the consumer mobile application . With comprehensive understanding of UI/UX and industry trends for mobile technologies conceptualize the mobile app designs for while-label apps. . Skilled with design tools including Adobe CS Suite or similar for documenting wireframes interaction flows and high-fidelity screen level design for development and presentation use. . Proficiency in graphic design motion graphics digital art a sensitivity to typography color layout and a general awareness of materials/textures . Practice user-centered design process and user advocacy (user observations research usability testing) . Work on wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. . An eye for typography palette development intuitive layout and a pixel-level attention to detail. . Drive initiatives and enhancements leading to improvement in retention and engagement ratios . Manage and drive mobile app multilingual strategy to drive business and engagement metrics. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT . Work with leadership teams across functions to understand the objectives use cases & implement the initiatives. . Nurture and develop a wide range of partner ecosystem. . Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple teams. Required Qualifications and Experience: . Ability to work in self-directed fast-paced results-oriented environment . 3+ years of mobile application UI/UX experience . Should have a strong portfolio of UI designs. . Sound knowledge of content and app marketing. . MBA or equivalent degree from a top B school in Marketing . Sound understanding of communications media and digital marketing . Good command over written and spoken English . Comfortable dealing with ambiguity entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead and drive the vertical Required Qualifications and Experience .
